SHIPPING POLICY and GENERAL TERMS

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED, WE OFFER LIVE ARRIVE GUARANTEE.

Canceling orders are welcome within 48 hours of placing the order.   A  full refund minus 10% cancelation fee will be  returned to your payment method. 

Live arrival guarantee is offered on all live insects, If upon arrival you suffer from more than 25% loss “ONE FOURTH DEAD” ( some is expected during shipping) please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.  We will issue a complete credit for the losses you suffer.  This credit can be applied to anything in store on your next order and does not have to be used on the same items.  No refunds are given.
